Coach Paul Hafen: "We have a growing body of talent on this team, and we have received tremendous support from the department to train and prepare our athletes. Our primary goal is to provide the athletes with opportunities to train their bodies, improve their athletic performance, and stand out at championship meets. I think our conference results show that we are headed in the right direction as a team. It will take time to build the necessary depth to compete for a team title, but I was really proud of the way our athletes competed individually and in the relays. We have some great team leaders who put the work in, and it shows in the results. It was very rewarding to see that work pay off with some all-conference performances and an individual event champion."
