COLUMBUS, Ind. – IU Columbus Athletics has announced updates to its men's and women's basketball schedules, converting several previously split-site contests into doubleheaders.
The changes align both programs to compete at the same location on the same day, replacing earlier schedules where one team was set to play at home while the other competed on the road.
The following games have been updated to doubleheaders:
- December 15 – Home vs. Midway University
- December 19 – Away at IU Southeast
- January 19 – Away at University of Rio Grande
- January 30 – Home vs. University of Rio Grande (Senior Day for both teams)
- February 2 – Home vs. IU Southeast
- February 6 – Away at Midway University
These adjustments provide a more unified game day experience for student-athletes and fans, while also improving travel efficiency for both programs.
Senior Day for the men's and women's basketball teams will be celebrated on January 30 against the University of Rio Grande, honoring the contributions of IU Columbus' senior student-athletes.
