Seth Majewski is an energetic and dedicated strength and conditioning coach whose approach blends strategic discipline with high-energy motivation. His passion lies in building confidence, instilling clear values, and fostering adaptability so athletes can excel in both high-pressure situations and long-term development.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Seth earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Defiance College in 2023, where he was a four-year starter on the wrestling team. During his collegiate career, he served as a three-time team captain, was named the 2022 Breakout Athlete of the Year, and became the highest regional placer in program history. He also made history as the only wrestler in program history to place at the prestigious 32-man Pete Wilson Tournament—defeating three nationally ranked opponents (#5, #7, and #12) in the process—and was nationally ranked #17 in NCAA Division III during the 2023 season.
Following his competitive career, Seth began coaching at Siena Heights University as an assistant coach for men’s wrestling. In his first year, he guided one athlete to qualify for the NAIA National Championships in 2024. Seth completed his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Siena Heights University in 2025, building on the leadership skills he developed as both an athlete and coach.
In 2025, Seth joined IU Columbus as Assistant Sport and Performance Coach, working with all athletic teams to enhance performance and promote long-term athlete development.
