TJ Ervin, a native of Chicago, IL arrives from spending a year at the division III level at Illinois College where he helped them to its fifth straight midwest conference tournament appearance. Coached and developed an all conference MWC first team player who has signed to play at a division II school for the following season. Before arriving at Illinois College, TJ Ervin spent two years serving as a GA for the University of South Florida where he was a part of a historic team winning the first american regular season conference championship in school’s history, having the most wins in a single season in school’s history, and working with multiple all conference players who signed to play at high major schools the following seasons. TJ Ervin received his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri in Communication and his master's degree from the University of South Florida in Mass Communications.
