COLUMBUS, Ind. – IU Columbus junior Cora Baker delivered one of her best performances of the season, earning River States Conference Attacker of the Week honors after powering the Crimson Pride to a five-set road win at IU Southeast.
Baker was unstoppable at the net, finishing with 25 kills, hitting .333, and averaging an impressive 5.0 kills per set. She added nine digs and one block to round out a complete performance that fueled IU Columbus's comeback victory.
Her offensive efficiency and consistency were key in helping the Crimson Pride extend their winning streak and solidify their spot in the conference standings heading into the postseason.
IU Columbus will continue RSC play this week, looking to build on their late-season momentum, with their sights set on post-season play.
