IU Columbus volleyball traveled to Louisville to take on Boyce College on Tuesday evening. The Crimson Pride continued their winning ways as they defeated the host Bulldogs 25-14, 25-17 and 25-20, improving their record to an impressive 11-1 on the season.

The Crimson Pride dominated the first set from the beginning. They displayed a power game as they registered 15 kills in the set as Cora Baker scored the first and last points of the set with kills.

The second set saw IU Columbus take control in the middle of the game as they stretched the lead from 9-6 to 21-10. They registered 16 kills and three aces on the way to the score of 25-17.

The third set allowed Head Coach Jose Olivo the chance to get more players into the rotation. Seven different players were credited with kills in the set.

Overall Cora Baker led the way with 12 kills; Kilani Jackson, Ava Granson and Bre Lawrence each were had five kills. Bailey Stevens had 18 assists and Lexi Closson added 14 assists on the night. Stevens also led with four service aces. Closson led the defensive effort with 11 digs.
