Erica Henry is an emerging softball coach and passionate mentor from Indiana, known for her leadership on the mound and her dedication to player development. A former pitcher for the Crimson Pride, Erica brings firsthand experience, deep knowledge of the game, and a strong commitment to team culture and growth.

Erica began her athletic career at Olney Central College before transferring to IU Columbus, where she continued to excel as a pitcher. During her time at IU Columbus, she earned 3rd Team All-Conference honors and played a key role in the program's competitive success. She graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, balancing her academic pursuits with her athletic commitment.

Beyond her collegiate playing career, Erica has served as a youth pitching coach in her community, helping young athletes improve their technique and confidence. Her grassroots coaching experience has laid a strong foundation for her transition into collegiate coaching.

In 2025, Erica returned to IU Columbus as an Assistant Softball Coach. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes team cohesion and collective goals, with a focus on guiding and inspiring student-athletes both on and off the field.
