Drew Little is a passionate and experienced soccer coach whose career spans over 14 years and includes success across high school, club, and collegiate programs. Originally from the Midwest, Drew brings a deep commitment to player development, mentorship, and competitive success to the IU Columbus Women’s Soccer team.

Drew’s coaching journey began in Omaha, Nebraska, where he spent five years guiding club teams and coaching at Papillion LaVista South High School. During his tenure, the program reached new heights—qualifying for the state tournament and earning the first #1 team ranking in school history. These milestones reflected Drew’s ability to elevate teams and foster high-level performance.

After moving to Indiana, Drew continued to make a significant impact in the soccer community. He served as the Seniors Director at Columbus Express Soccer Club and spent four seasons leading the women’s team at Shelbyville High School. Under his leadership, the program recorded the most wins in a four-year span and finished as sectional runners-up—a historic achievement for the school.

In 2023, Drew joined IU Columbus as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer program, and also contributed to the men’s team that same season. His diverse coaching background and player-first mindset make him a valuable asset to the collegiate environment.

Drew is a proud graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. A four-year letter winner on the men’s swim team, he brings a multi-sport perspective and a competitive edge to the soccer field. He also holds a U.S. Soccer Federation C License, further validating his expertise and commitment to professional growth.

Drew’s coaching philosophy centers on using soccer as a vehicle to prepare student-athletes for success in life. His player-friendly approach emphasizes growth, accountability, and confidence, and his track record of historic program achievements highlights his ability to lead with both vision and results.
