Xavier Rahe is an emerging track and field coach with a decorated collegiate sprinting career and a passion for helping athletes reach their fullest potential. A native competitor in the River States Conference, Xavier’s dedication to excellence on the track has seamlessly transitioned into his coaching journey.
Xavier is a proud graduate of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2024. During his time as a student-athlete, Xavier specialized in the 400m, 200m, 300m, 100m, and relay events (4x400m, 4x100m). He set school records in the 400m, 300m, and 200m, and consistently ranked among the top seven in the conference for the 400m for consecutive years—a testament to his work ethic and consistency.
Guided by the coaching philosophy that athletes can be pushed to achieve their “unknown limits,” Xavier is committed to developing runners both mentally and physically. He brings a results-driven mindset and a supportive approach to help his athletes succeed at the highest levels.
In 2025, Xavier joined IU Columbus as an Assistant Coach for Sprints, bringing with him competitive experience, technical knowledge, and an unwavering belief in the power of perseverance.
