Rilee Jessee is from Columbus, Indiana. She attended Columbus East High School. While at Columbus East High School she played varisty for four years. She recieved All-Conference, All-District, and 2nd Team All-State. Rilee was a captain at Columbus East High School her senior year.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Med from the University of New Haven. She played on the Women’s Volleyball team for four years, where she was a libero. During her career, she earned Academic Distinction and Academic Honors all four years. She earned College Sports Communicators Volleyball All-District in 2023. She concluded her career with 1,251 digs, over 100 aces, and 95 assists. Throughout her career her team was regular season conference champions, post season conference champions, and made it to the NCAA East Region First Round two times. While in college, Rilee also coached club at New England Shock for two years.
