Rilee Jessee is a passionate volleyball coach and dedicated student-athlete mentor from Columbus, Indiana. A proud graduate of Columbus East High School, Rilee went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Med from the University of New Haven, a Division II institution where she excelled both on the court and in the classroom.

As a four-year member of the Women’s Volleyball team, Rilee played as a libero and defensive specialist, finishing her collegiate career with 1,251 digs, over 100 service aces, and 95 assists. Her teams enjoyed strong success, capturing regular season and postseason conference championships and earning two appearances in the NCAA East Region First Round. Rilee’s leadership and consistency were also recognized academically—she earned Academic Distinction and Academic Honors all four years and was named to the College Sports Communicators Volleyball All-District Team in 2023.

Outside of collegiate play, Rilee also spent two seasons coaching with New England Shock Volleyball Club, further developing her skills in player development and team leadership. She joined IU Columbus as an assistant volleyball coach in 2023 and is entering her second season with the program.
