Sydney Sauri is a third baseman and utility player from Plainfield, Indiana. She attended Plainfield High School, where she was a dedicated and versatile member of the softball program.
Sauri was a four-year varsity player and earned several honors for her leadership and character, including the Robert Burke Memorial Award for Leadership, Sportsmanship, and Patriotism. She was also a two-time Mental Attitude Award recipient (2024, 2025) and recognized as a Mid-State Scholar Athlete.
She competed in travel softball with Indiana Prospects Pogue, gaining experience against strong competition and continuing to develop her all-around game.
Off the field, Sauri has excelled academically. She earned Academic Honors, graduated Cum Laude, received the Presidential Academic Excellence Award, and was a member of the National Honor Society. She plans to pursue a degree in Psychology.
