Renee’ Lecher is an infielder from Batesville, Indiana. She graduated from Batesville High School, where she was a standout multi-sport athlete in both softball and soccer.

During her high school career, Lecher earned All-Conference honors twice in soccer and All-Conference honors in softball. She was also named Conference Softball MVP and selected to the North vs. South All-Star Team, recognizing her impact and leadership on the field.

Lecher competed in travel softball with Indy Crush Premier, gaining experience against high-level competition and continuing to develop her versatility in the infield.

In the classroom, Lecher has also excelled academically. She has earned Academic Honors, and has been named to the Chancellor’s List twice while pursuing a degree in Communication.
